Black Resistance

Junius “Jeff” Carter, III, is President of the NAACP Bergen County Branch. Jeff is a New Jersey native (born and raised in Elizabeth, New Jersey). He attended college at Tennessee State University and graduated with a BSc in Electrical Engineering. Jeff has lived in Englewood for over 26 years, where he has been very involved in the public school system, the community as a football coach, and community activist. He has a wife and three children.
