Rotary Club of Englewood makes a donation to the Rotary Foundation in honor of #WorldPolioDay to help support the fight to end polio.
Special thanks to Principal Lamarr Thomas and the teachers of Janis Dismus Middle School who contributed funds to Rotary for polio eradication efforts.
Rotary has been working to eradicate polio for more than 35 years. Rotary members have contributed more than $2.1 billion and countless volunteer hours to protect nearly 3 billion children in 122 countries from this paralyzing disease.
